About Our
Company
The idea for Virginia Blue Star Printing and Consulting was conceived after our founder, Derek Kitts, ran for Congress in 2016 and was frustrated by astronomical prices, limited options, and long wait times for printed campaign materials. Starting out in a rural southwest Virginia garage with 2 copiers and a desire to help other rural democrats, Virginia Blue Star Printing and Consulting LLC has grown into a 5,000 sq ft facility with a multitude of printing options, a distinguished client list, and a nationwide reach.

About the
Owner
Derek Kitts lives to serve. Derek honorably served his country for more than two decades on active duty, earning a Purple Heart and two Bronze Stars. Upon retirement from the U.S. Army, Derek pursued his next path to service and put his hat in the ring for public office.
Since then, Virginia Blue Star Printing has assisted over 250+ campaigns, giving each campaign a tactical, efficient, and creative blend of candidate knowledge with that of a printer familiar with politics and political best practices. Derek’s seemingly endless hours of steadfast dedication that have gone into mastering the art of printing will go into your campaign as well.
